  Marshall and Kathy Eagle (Urdiales)
Monday, June 1, 2009
Hello Everyone,

You probably remember me as Wayne Urdiales, but I changed my name back to Marshall Eagle years ago.

I have been married to a wonderful and sometimes wild Broadmoor graduate "Kathy Eagle" the sister of Erin McPherson for close to twenty years now.

We have two wonderful sons "Mickey and Cameron."

Currently we reside in Wichita Falls, Texas but will be relocating to Florida very soon.
God bless and everyone of you. You guys look great.

Thanks to all who submitted info for this website. It was so much fun to look through all the photo albums and read the info. Some of y'all look EXACTLY the same! Karen Badon and Kristi Mays, will y'all EVER grow older?! It was also a shock and very sad to see all the names listed on the Memory page. It truly makes you realize how fragile life is. Ev

Looks like y'all had a great time!  Any advice for the Class of '79?

It's a small world.  I did not know Lonny Watkins (who passed away last year), but I taught his son last year and never made the connecton.

Glad to see y'all in the pics!

If you couldn't make it to this reunion, you need to mark your calendar now for our next one!  We all had such a great time.  The music, the conversation, the locations....were all fantastic. Everyone looked great. It was nice to 'go back in time.'
Svend had fun dancing with another man.....okay, don't start any rumors...it was with our buccaneer mascot doll. :o)

We don't have to wait for renunions to keep in touch more often. Anyone ever wanting to send out a broadcast email/invitation---BHS related of course--can do so through our website.  Right, Svend? (She is our class techie)
 catch y'all later, Laura

What a great weekend!  I haven't danced that much since Sr. Prom!!

A big thanks to Gary Montgomery for remembering to thank those wonderful people who helped to put it all together (great speech)!

I'll never forget Steve Hayden as the leader of the "love train" - Priceless!

Bests,

It was REALLY hard for me to get to B.R. for this but I can't even begin to tell you all how much it meant to me to be here this weekend for the reunion.  (The new roof I was saving for, well, this was more important!!)  Thank you, thank you and thank you to ALL who made this possible and thanks to all who attended and made it special by being there.  It was amazing!!

I had such a great time (Both Nights!).  A huge thanks to everyone who pitched in.  I loved the memorabilia as we walked in and the band was great.

Susan Rak suggested that we each find one of our classmates who didn't make it this time and talk them into attending the next one.  I think it is a great idea.

It was wonderful seeing everyone and catching up.  Hope to see you again soon.

Sharon

I made it to the 10 year reunion and IwWish I could be at the 30th. My wife, Pam, and seven children live in the North Dallas area and can't seem to get away at this time. Being a youth pastor means I have to be at church on Sundays so it's tough to get away. My profile should be up soon and I hope to get some photos in the album. God has truly blessed my life! Have a great time!

As a last minute entry into the party, I am coming to the reunion!!!!!  I can't wait to see everyone.  Of course, early Alzheimers has set in so I won't recognize anyone.  It should be lots of fun.

See you Friday night!

Looking forward to seeing everyone again!  I'm still here in Baton Rouge, living in Sherwood Forest; across the street from Lance Wall's Dad.  I see Lance every now and then, but don't know if he plans on attending.   I'm still working in the Dental field; but only part-time now.  I went back to LSU at age 40, a challenge, but lots of fun.  Our oldest daughter Morgan is 20 now.  She is in her second year at Baton Rouge Community College and plans on going into dental Hygeine.  Our youngest daughter Jordan is a sophomore at St. Michael's High School.  She is on the Girl's Basketball Team and also played AAU for her fifth straight season.  I like to think they got their athletic abilities from me!  I'm still playing tennis and love to travel.  My husband Wayne is now the Director of Mosquito Abatement in West Baton Rouge, so you can imagine how busy he stays!  Looking forward to our getting back together again.  Take care and be safe!

Hello fellow Bucs,

I was so glad when Rhonda contacted me about the 30 year reunion.  I,  for some silly reason didn't participate in any of the earlier reunions - and low and behold here we are 30 years later.

I am still in BR area (live in Denham now). I had dreams of moving around but have traveled a pretty good bit.

I have been so busy, I am sure like everyone else you don't realize how much of your life is passing until you reach mile markers of kids in high school, their college graduations, marriages and having babies - yes now I am a maw maw (I want to be called Nonna Li - we will see if we can get that to stick).

Anyway, I tried signing up under classmates - we will see if it took..

Hope the word gets out - it would be nice to see some of the old folks!

It so good to see everyone who has signed in, i just love it!

My boys and I went through quite a lot to get to B.R. for the last reunion!  You can sure count us in for this one!!  I've been putting lots of '78 tunes on my MP3 and when I'm listening, it feels like I could walk into Gatti's and place in an order!!  So many of you I think of so very often, some I was close to, some not so much.  Even though I live in a wonderful place, I miss Baton Rouge so much and can't wait to come home!  Thanks to those taking on the responsibilities of organizing this!!!!
